An eastern kentucky man has been charged with murder after police say his 5-month old daughter suffered fatal head and neck injuries, Kentucky state police charged Billy Hollan Jr. of beattyville with murder in the death of an infant. Lee County EMS went to hollan's apartment thursday and found the child dead. An autopsy friday revealed the injuries troopers said. hollan was being held Saturday in the three forks regoinal jail. |
